In order to receive cover from your insurer, we advise that you contact them prior to your initial appointment with us. For BUPA we require your membership number and authorisation code to book an appointment. If we don’t have this information you will need to self pay for this appointment, and this will not be refundable.
To make a booking if you are covered by BUPA, please book via Live Chat, Email or Telephone as our online booking system is pre-payment only – we invoice BUPA directly.
You will be liable to pay any excess fees that are not covered by your BUPA insurance. If BUPA rejects payments due to the appointment falling out of your insurance agreement our private prices will be charged, rather than insurance prices.
Other insurance companies
We advise that you contact your insurer prior to your initial appointment to assure cover. Once they provide authorisation you will be able to reclaim the fees of your sessions by forwarding the receipts that we provide you with following each session.
We are not able to invoice other insurance companies – we only invoice BUPA directly.
It is your responsibility to be clear on the terms of agreement that you have in place with your insurer. There is sometimes an excess fee that is not covered by the insurer, so we ask you to kindly take the time to find out the necessary information prior to your initial appointment with us.
